This equipment is a horizontal structure with four rolling heads, two rolling sliders and two spindles, equipped with special roller changing system ( 3 rollers for each head) and circulating lubrication cooling system, which can rolling the shaft both end in same time with different rollers. Mainly used for rotary rolling processing of different materials with diameters ranging from 100mm to 260mm, with a processing length range of 1300mm-2500mm. The main processing material is carbon steel OS GOST 4728 metal. Automatic centering and clamping of pipe/tube materials, achieving the required trajectory movement through CNC programming, the CNC controller controls four radial axis, two axial axis and one spindle axis. All seven axis can be individual or interpolation programming. This machine equipped with a pressure regulator sensor and indicator that ensures automatic adjustment of the required rolling force. The main propose of this machine is to strengthening by rolling of elements of the RV2Sh axle in accordance with the requirements of GOST 33200-2014, technological instructions for strengthening by rolling of axles of wheel pairs of wagons. The increase in the surface hardness of finished axles made of steel according to GOST 4728, strengthened by roller rolling, must be at least 22%.
According to the performance parameter requirements of the equipment, the main components of the equipment are manufactured using casting and construction steel components, with 7 independent control axes set up and controlled by servo motors respectively, forming four X-axes. Two main axis moves along the axis.
During the rolling process:
1) Loading arms move the raw material to the machine.
2) Two machine spindles centering and clamping the material.
3) Two roller sliders with four rollers star the rolling process for both side of the shaft by cnc program.
4) During rolling process, lubrication and force indication for each roller ensure the rolling condition .
The entire machine will be fixed on the ground by bolts, forming a whole, thereby making the equipment more stable and reliable during operation.
The main components of the equipment include: bed body, Two spindle system (one with servo movable), clamping mechanism, two rotary wheel slides, four rotary wheel seat with independence driving axis, loading and unloading and centering mechanism, circulating cooling lubrication system with spray system, lubrication system for machine, CNC electrical control system, operating platform, and equipment protection covers.
