The PA series is a CNC composite machining center that integrates drilling, tapping, and milling. It uses an international specialized CNC numerical control system and adopts semi enclosed sheet metal protection. The machine tool adopts a 12000rpm high-speed spindle, which has high processing efficiency, precision, and strength. It can be used for the processing of lightweight aluminum frames, copper frames, and non-metallic frames.

Brief Description of Machine Tool Performance

Main structure: The entire machine adopts Q235 welding structure and lightweight mobile component design, achieving high-speed machining requirements.

Worktable

The Worktable adopts a whole plate welding structure, which is stress relieved and annealed after welding to ensure accuracy and stability. The T-shaped groove size meets the national standard (groove width 18mm, spacing 100mm) and is the basic component of the machine tool.

Bed

Adopt higher welding structure to ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine, while effectively preventing water debris from splashing outside the equipment, effectively protecting important parts such as guide rails and screw rods, and improving equipment life and reliability.

Drive System of the 3-Axis

A precision ball screw drives the Y and Z-Axis. The X-Axis is equipped with a reducer motor which effectively improves the axial motion of the machine.
