Machine Structure Description
The machine adopts a column-moving type, mainly composed of front bed, rear bed, cariage, table, grinding head, column and electric system. All main parts are made of high-quality wear-resistant cast iron. All reinforcing ribs are rationally arranged through 3D software stress analysis to ensure no defomation. Castings are tempered for stress reliefto minimize post-machining defomation and support high precision.
The machine mainly grinds with the periphery of the ginding wheel, suitable for high-precision grinding of planes, grooves and steps.
Main Structural Features
1) The bed adopts a square multi-layer wall structure to improverigidity and stability.
2) The table adopts a full-support structure with V-V sliding guideways finished by precision scraping, ensuring smooth movement and grinding accuracy. The table is diven hydraulically with proportional valve speed control and an independent hydraulic tank.
3) The column adopts a double-wall structure with high bending and torsional rigidity.
4) High-precision, high-rigidity flange-type spindle.
5) The ginding wheel supports automatic speed variation, constant surface speed grinding, automatic dressing and automatic compensation.
6) Vertical and cross axes use high-precision roller linear guideways; ball screws are directly connected to servo motors for fast response, accurate positioning and high feeding accuracy.
7) Graphical HMI with automatic grinding cycle for batch workpieces.
